Can I add a personalised message?

Yes! Every Giftytales order comes with a free handwritten note option. Just select it in Step 3 and mention your message in the order notes at checkout.
What if I receive a damaged item?

We pack every order with utmost care. In the rare event of transit damage, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement promptly. We do not offer refunds but guarantee replacement for damaged goods.
